"The color looked a lot darker in..."
The color looked a lot darker in person than it did online. It’s still usable, so I’m keeping it, but it definitely made me trust the product photos a little less.

"Order takes way too long"
I was really hoping my order would come quicker, but it took forever. I wait and wait, and it just didn’t show up for way too long. Frustrating experience overall.

"Nice envelopes, honestly solid"
I ordered these envelopes for some invites and they turned out really nice. The paper feels sturdy, not flimsy at all, and the color was pretty much what I was expecting. A couple edges weren’t like 100% perfect, but tbh it wasn’t anything that bothered me. Overall I’m happy with them and would def order again...

"The Samples Gave Me Peace of Mind"
I was a little nervous about ordering a full batch without seeing the color and paper first, so I really appreciated that Envelopes.com offered samples. Looking at something on a screen just doesn’t feel the same, and I knew I’d feel better being able to hold it in my hands before deciding. The samples arrived quickly, and once I saw them in person, I felt a lot more confident about my final order. It’s a small thing, but it made the whole process feel much less stressful.

"I ordered some envelopes and a few of..."
I ordered some envelopes and a few of them showed up with the wrong size flap. Not gonna lie, I was a little irritated at first because... well, I just wanted the order to be right.

I emailed envelopes.com and they replied quickly. They asked me to send a photo, which was fair, and then they got a replacement sent out without turning it into a whole thing.
The new envelopes arrived and they were exactly what I expected. So yeah, mistakes happen, but they handled it really well. I'd still give them 5 stars.

"Didnt feel very professional"
The whole thing just didnt feel that professional to me. Replies took a while, the info I got wasnt very clear, and I felt like I had to keep following up for basic stuff. By the end, I didnt really feel like ordering again

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size envelopes..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong size envelopes and had to return them. i was kind of expecting some runaround or fine-print excuse to slow the refund down, but the instructions were straightforward. Once they got the package back, the refund showed up a few days later. The only downside was that their email response took a little longer than I would’ve liked, which made me wonder if they were just hoping I’d wait it out. Still, in the end it was fair, simple enough, and not much of a hassle

"Pretty good help with my order"
From what I remember, customer service was friendly and got my envelope issue sorted out fairly quickly. They did take a little while to get back to me, but overall it was a good experience.

"Office envelope order that went smoother than expected"
We were running low on envelopes at the office, so I finally sat down and placed a big order through Envelopes.com. I half expected at least one box to show up dented or something to be off with the printing, but everything arrived exactly how it should. The boxes were packed well, the print looked clean, and the shipment actually got here faster than I thought it would. It was one of those simple office tasks that could’ve turned into a hassle but didn’t. Super easy experience, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Still annoyed from trying to use the website"
I just used the site recently to find the right envelopes, and it was such a hassle. The filters kept doing weird things, it took way too long to narrow anything down, and then checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe it’s not always like this, but after that experience, I’m not exactly eager to use it again.

"I was just trying to order..."
I was just trying to order the same Envelopes.com again, and I figured it would be quick, you know, like find the old order, hit reorder, done. But for some reason I couldn’t easily find my previous order, and then I ended up having to redo a bunch of the details all over again. Maybe I missed something, but it felt way more annoying than it needed to be. I just wanted Envelopes.com, not a whole project. i don’t think it was worth the hassle...

"Really disappointed with how this order went"
I’m frustrated with this order. The Envelopes.com showed up late, which already caused some issues for me, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t feel like I got much help at all. At this point, I’d really expect some kind of compensation or refund for the inconvenience...

"Communication Wasn't Quite What I Expected"
I ordered from envelopes.com and the envelopes did show up in good shape, so no complaints there. I guess I just expected the process to feel a little more proactive, especially with order updates, but the communication was slower than I thought it would be and I ended up checking in myself to see what was going on.
Customer service did get back to me eventually, and they were polite when they responded, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It just didn’t quite match what I expected in terms of clear, timely updates, and I wish the whole thing had been a little less confusing

The Envelopes.com themselves arrived fine, but the box was a little crushed on one side... nothing was damaged, thankfully, it just looked kind of rough when it showed up. Definitely could’ve been packed a bit better...

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered some A7 envelopes and figured the paper might be one of those things where they make it look nicer online than it really is, but I was pleasantly surprised. The stock has a good weight to it, not flimsy at all, and my ink didn’t smear or bleed through. They feel sturdy without being overly thick or bulky. No complaints here, I’d definitely buy them again
